Current Carbon Reduction Initiatives:
Installation of food compost bins, and separate recycling bins for cardboard.
Cycle to Work scheme encouraging employees to use vehicles less.
Switched to LED lighting in manufacturing and office areas.
Introduction of biodegradable poly packaging and cardboard inserts.
Installation of solar panels.
Achieved ISO 14001 certification.
Future Carbon Reduction Commitments:
Install EV charging point for company and employee vehicles.
Investigate PVC alternatives for products.
Replace company diesel vehicle with an electric vehicle.
Reduce frequency of raw material deliveries.
Insulate external walls to reduce heat loss.
Switch to a green energy supplier.
NHS Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment
Thesis Technology Products Ltd. is pleased to have completed the NHS Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment. The Assessment is a self-assessment and reporting tool supporting us to understand our alignment with NHS sustainability priorities and identify those areas in which we need to accelerate progress.
The Evergreen Assessment is one of several NHS initiatives designed to support its net zero and wider sustainability objectives. We are delighted to be supporting the NHS to achieve their net zero and sustainability ambitions, including those set out in the NHS Net Zero Supplier Roadmap.
